I want to close my account on 17/04. Also I was on a 2 month free period, can I get the second month credited back to my bank account?
Also is there any way to remove my credit card details from the website ? It seems I can only update details not delete them.
Note: I've spent 45min yesterday on the online chat and another hour today trying to get someone to assist but with no luck. I keep being told I addressed the wrong department and that they'll transfer me... and then nothing happens.
