I am moving out of Australia and I would like to cancel my NBN service.

We regret to learn that you're discontinuing your service with us, though, I can understand your reason behind it. To assist you with your request, our Escalations Teams need to contact you over the phone. Can you provide us the following so we can schedule a call back?

  • Customer ID or username of the account you want to cancel
  • Best Contact Number
  • Preferred Time for a call
