E-SIM is deleted

Hi there,

I was talking to a TPG operator and they told me to delete the E-Sim due to complication. I cannot call TPG team or receive verification code to log into my account.

 

Can someone help me with this issue?

 

I've been in contact with the team since 1:30pm and no one is helping me to resolve this issue.
