Edit new payment details

Hi

I am trying to change payment (edit) details online from Credit Card to Debit Card. however I could not submit it, when I ago back on the account it still has the Credit Card details on them, would you please help me to change my payment details?

If you are not able to update the payment details online, then we need to raise this with our Accounts team.
