The Edit payment is not available in your new TPG dashboard! and the updated payment details in the old version does not work!
I have been contacted by community service in the past 5 days and no luck! I cant use mobile at the mobile.

I just sent you the private msg. I sent emails 3 times to another TPG helper, and no one responded!
Also, how can I give you a phone number if my bloody service is not working for more than a week due to your broken online system!
Did you guys do the proper testing when you launch the new online portal
