Email Only Account

Hello can you someone please assist in what i need to do to just maintain an email only account.  Preserving the existing email account (and paying for it) but cancelling my NBN broadband.  Someone else has asked the question here, but no real answer for us all to read.  Any help would be great.

In order to cancel the broadband service and convert it as an Email only account, out Accounts team will need to talk with the account holder to discuss the process.

Shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number along with your preferred time and best number to be contacted.
