Get online support
I recently moved and there was some miscommunication which resulted in a new TPG account being created for the NBN connection at my new house. I was told that I would still keep the same email address, but after cancelling my old NBN account I found that I can no longer access that email account and upon looking in my new account I found that it has a completely new email address. I can still get into the old My Account page, just not the Post Office.
Is there any way I can get the old email account reactivated and linked to my new NBN account?
Or if that's not possible, can the emails that were in my inbox and my contact list be forwarded to the new account (hopefully they weren't immediately deleted)?
