Email message filters broken

My email hasn't been transferred to TMC yet.

I'm having increasing problems countering spam because I can't access the (TPG) email filters any more. I've tried various browsers and reported this to TPG, all without success.

The filters used to be reasably good when I could access them.

Any advice on how to get into my filters? I'm getting desperate.

I'm not yet migrated either.
Personally, I find I get hardly any spam, although I used to.

Hi Alan

The general spam filter set on medium works quite well IMNSHO.

It's commercial 'new' spam not trapped by the general filter which I need to block. Also some bulk emails which I need to allow through.

BTW, any idea when we are likely to get migrated? Anyone?

After all 2023 seems to be dead and gone now ...

Re migration, it is still going on. TMC have replied to my query to say so.

Re filters, I cannot find any access. It is years since I changed them, but I get almost zero spam now and all my genuine correspondents are getting through.

To see the filters, click Settings/ Mail filter settings. The user-defined filters are under Address Filtering. For me, each of these shows "This site can’t be reached".

I get similar results in all browsers I've tried, PC or mobile device.

FWIW the filters seem to be working, but I can't see them or change them.

Yes, I see.

I get 'Firefox can't open this page  To protect your security, postoffice.tpg.com.au will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this '  and nothing else...
