Email only account

Hi,

I used to be a TPG customer and was hoping to set up an email only account (POP3) with my old TPG email address. However my username only had 7 characters so I am unable to register this email address online.

When I called the TPG support number I was told TPG no longer offer email only accounts- however this seems contradictory to what is on your website. Could you please advise how I can move forward with this.
