Hi, I recently had to contact your call centre to cancel my internet account. I asked about keeping one of my email accounts as it is where all my personal emails are sent to and was advised that this would be done.
As of yesterday I can not access the email and I keep getting the enter your password in my email app.
I have tested logging in on the Post Office page with no access.
