Get online support
After reinstalling windows and Office for my wife, we discovered the password had been forgotten for her tpg email account (the only thing we use tpg for BTW). We rang the 13 help number and spent nearly an hour wasting time until she eventually said we had to write to privacy@tpgtelecom.com.au and seek a reset. We did so but have not heard back after four working days. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Yes, we did try the online rest tool but it says "can't do this, ring the 13... number"
