Regarding emails… 1) is my tpG account password the same As my email password? 2) if yes and I change my TPG account password AND my emails send but not receive, AND I have attempted to call customer care three times AND I have reset password on post office product and this times out… what would those that have experienced similar issues advise?

Did you finally get a response? Interested in the solution to help my dad…Shocking service! I’m helping my dad but I would never use or recommend TPG for anything based on my experience today!!

What was the solution? I am quite tech savvy and after three hours and attempting various solutions, I was unable to help my dad with his emails- they have been working fine for years and suddenly they stopped last night. Three LOoooNNg waits on care lines- only for it to drop out was so frustrating! Reset password doesn’t work error 408
