This is a serious oversight on TPGs part! I need to make an urgent phone call and didnt realise my account balance was overdue by 1 day - have paid it half an hour ago, restarted my phone multiple times, turned airplane mode on and off but it still doesnt let me ring anyone, including TPG support! It just says 'your account has expired, contact us for support'!
Need this fixed ASAP??
