Extend ring time before going to voicemail

I have a sumsung a13 which goes to voicemail after 15 secs. I would like to extend it to 30 secs. I have seen various references on the internet stating that you should enter **61*???**30#. The ? marks should be replaced with 321 or 101 and other options. None of these seem to work. I have also seen that the correct code should be obtained from the provider. Ant ideas as to the correct proceedure

I tried the code suggested and got the following notice. Call Forwarding   When no reply for ALL BASIC SERVICES  Connection problem or invalid MMI CODE. It is still at 15 secs. I presume that at the end of the code the +SEND means to press the call button.

@harlandg . The command is      **61*121**30#      and press Call.

The square brackets aren't part of the command.
