Good morning! I filled out a cancellation form yesterday, and I got a cancellation confirmation e-mail today. Does that mean my account will be canceled on the day I asked for it? Just to make sure, 'cause I saw some customers didn't receive this confirmation e-mail, which makes me question its authenticity.

The email confirmation should indicate the cancellation date and all other cancel-related info.
If a customer did not receive an email, it only means that we did not receive a request.
