Forgotten username and password

Hi, I have a new TPG mobile account. I am trying to link it with my old TPG mobile account, but I can't remember the old account username and password.

Have you checked the emails we sent you when you first applied for the service? If you can't find the said emails, then you need to contact our Accounts team for you to retrieve your account username.

If you are not able to connect with our staff, then send me a PM with your preferred time and best number to be contacted.
