Get online support
I have $20 in credit sitting in my account but do not currently have an active TPG service. For the last few months TPG keeps sending me a statement of account telling me my account is in $20 credit but gives me no option to get it refunded into my bank account. How can I organise this credit to be reimbursed into my bank account?
We'd like to check the account and raise the refund request.
