Having payment issues - need urgent help

Hi, I was recently unable to pay my phone bill as my card expired and the payment method page would not recognise my card even though all details were correct. I then tried to do a direct debit payment, which apparently takes 3-4 days to process? The payment page did not mention this. I don't have 3-4 days to wait, can the direct debit payment be cancelled and if so is there any way support can manually add my debit card?

Hi @ronan

 

If the direct debit was processed today, you may try to save another credit payment to override the transaction however, this will also depend on the type of service you have.

 

Otherwise, let's have your TPG account details via PM so we can check the status of the payment.
