Having trouble cancelling TPG NBN Service

Could someone from Accounts please contact me regarding cancelling my TPG NBN Service. I've been trying for 3 weeks to get this done without a phone (I do not currently have a phone capable of making or receiving calls) and keep either getting run around or told someone will call me. I'm not sure why it's so difficult to get done, I'm out of contract and am only paying month to month. 

My next sub fee is due next week and I would like to get this done asap, so if someone from Accounts could contact me (via email or through the TPG Website) that would be amazing.
