Help me cancel my ADSL plan

Hi

 

I join your ADSL plan one month ago and I can not use Internet. And your technicial team told me it is the line problem and i wait one month you can not fix it, just call me every two day you will, but nobody came or help me fix.

 

So now i don't want to wait, please help me cancel my plan and refund my fee.

We are sad to know that you're considering canceling your service due to this technical issue. We'd like to take this opportunity to turn around your experience. We're able to locate your account using your given details and ran an initial test.

 

Test result shows a possible line fault causing the service not to work, we escalated this issue to our Engineering Team for further test and investigation. Assessment usually take 24-48hrs and updates will be provided via SMS or Phone call by one of our Engineers when is available.
