Hi i have received a text message saying, 'your data is now barred as you have insufficient prepaid balance'. My plan is automatic debit and bill was paid yesterday. Please look into this. I also receive a message when i try to make calls.

It looks like this has all been rectified now. I can now make calls and access my data.

Yes, me too! I did call the number and was answered by TPG automated voice but there was a message that they were experiencing so many calls to ring back later. Maybe lots of people got the same message and are all calling ??
