I need to get help from ombudsman asap for my refund which I'm trying to contact from last three months and all customer care executive are so unprofessional and making me fool. I called many MANY times but no-one knows what to do and transferring me to another person and that person says same thing.....so fed up and feeling bad to get along this kinda unprofessionalism based company....had to wait more than hour to talk to someone but they keep transfering me to another person but no any solution......Even they are very rude. I'm sending you some doc's to help me out please 🙏
