Hi, I called Support today to cancel our broadband account and obtain a return address to send the modem. I was told that I would receive an email to confirm cancellation and with instructions on how to return the modem. I have not received any email and my account still shows as the plan being active. If you require any information please let me know, thank you.
Hi @Ahra_G, Thanks for your response, good to know it is set to be cancelled, thought it might say that somewhere though. Would I be able to get an email about returning the modem to ensure it is returned on time as we are not using it anymore? I will send my account number by PM now.
