Data usage on unlimited plan

Hi, I tried to PM some mods but I was unable to so I am posting this request.

I need an email of my monthly data usage for the last 12 months if possible, it is not available in My Account and I understand that this can only be provided by a TPG CS or community mod. 

Can someone please PM or email me the usage details. Thanks
