How can I change a slave email password?

My wifes email  (a slave to the account in my name) has been hacked and she needs to change her password but none of the on-nline tools seem to allow it.

Hi

Slave email is a separate account that has it's own inbox. Aside from your main TPG account, more email accounts can be created. Here's how to create a slave account:

1. Go to https://cyberstore.tpg.com.au/your_account/
2. Log on using the main account and the appropriate password.
3. Look for Email Management. Click Manage Your Email Accounts.
4. Click Add Slave User.
5. Enter your desired username and password. Click Create Account.

I dont want to add a slave email just change the password on an existing one and the online functions wont allow it.
