How do I cancel my nbn installation

I just signed up for a contract with nbn tpg the technician had to visit my home to connect it. They came out and said they could not connect the nbn because I didn't have a box connected and they can't do the connection. Nothing was properly explained to my husband we are very confused I now do not want the nbn connected as I am very dissatisfied with the service. I've been charged $79 for connection which was a waste of money and my time nobody from tpg have bothered to call or email me about this issue so you think you can just keep peoples money and not do as promised. I want my money back now send me a cancellation form or I will proceed with legal action to recover the money you have kept.
