How long does it take for a change of plan to take affect? Do I really have to wait 3 weeks until it takes affect?

I have urgent matters to take care of, and by having to wait and being overseas at the moment, TPG isn't being supportive, nor do they have my best interest at heart. I can't even make calls from overseas using the top-up prepaid balance.

Hey Amanda, 

You’ll need to top up your prepaid balance again to be able to make calls to Australia from overseas. 

Changing your plan won’t help with that because that will just give you more inclusions while you’re in Australia.
