I'm sorry to hear that you've decided to discontinue your service with us. We can have our Escalations Team contact you regarding your request. Please PM us the customer ID / username that you wish to cancel (or the service address if you're not familiar with the said account details), best contact number, preferred time for a call and reason for cancelling.
