I am trying to change from ADSL2 to NBN - but cannot progress this request through TPG despite sending emails, chat sessions, logging on and trying to do so myself but I TPG keeps getting the message: TPG NBN Bundle service is available at your address, however you will need to contact TPG change of plan team on 1300 920 158 as further information is required.
So when I call this number (which I have done over 8 times in the past two days I end up getting the same message i.e.: TPG NBN Bundle service is available at your address, however you will need to contact TPG change of plan team on 1300 920 158 as further information is required.
Can you assist me please. In particular 'What further information is required???'
