Get online support
I have on several occasions tried to log into my account to update payment details etc and i have forgotten my password. I have tried to reset it but i'm not having any luck. For some reason the p/w for my email is different to my account so i'm locked out of my account.I keep getting this message every time i try to reset password "
Sorry, we are unable to send your temporary password.
Please check and try again here

Can you try to use a different browser to try and reset the password?
