Get online support
My bank card listed expired in October, and I've been trying to update my details since then.
I have updated multiple times online, and it says successful, then I get a message saying that it has declined. When I go to check, the old card details are there but not the new ones.
Every time I call, I am told 30 minute wait period, but I never get through to speak with anyone.
Can someone please help update the details asap?
