I cannot login to my account from Overseas

  Previously, for years, I could login into tpg OK.   Now I am trying from outside the country for a week I have gotten the error page

Error 403 - Forbidden

F5 site: fr4-fra

 

 Can you help please?   I have not been able to get any help from TPG on this after a week of no access.

hey buddy, have you solved your problem yet? it seems like have same issue and i tried both in and out of OZ, would not login into my account...
