It's been 5 days I am trying to have a solution to my connection and I understand internet is a essential service, specially during this time. Meanwhile, TPG doesn't know what to do with my problem, many hours lost on the phone, chat... I am tired of trying, trying and trying. TPG is breaking the contract when does not provide me the service, so I request right now a cancellation and also a refund of 59.00 that was debited today from my account, plus a compensation for the last 5 days without connection!!!!!
