My name is michell!

My bill is due tomorrow   ive been on the phone all day every time someone picks it up especially when I hang onto the phone! For up to 1hr none stop. Then a lady on the line from GTP says everything is sorted fo my extension!  It hangs up. Please is there someone there!  Who can help me with this
