I no longer need my ADSL2 + home phone bundle.
How do I cancel this service before 30 September, 2019 -- I am fully paid up until Oct 01, 2019.
I don't understand why there isn't an easy way to cancel from inside the My Acccount area.

I have had an appointment with a client cancelled this morning so I am available now (9am Qld time) until 11:00am on mobile number 0412 7000 89.
My account is out of contract so I don't understand why TPG can't simply cancel the service. Account churn is a part of business.
