I need to cancel

Dear Team,

 

I need to cancel a recent TPG mobile plan (acquired 2 months ago).

Can someone please help me?

I've called this morning (9:30am Melbourne time), he could not cancel. Asked me to email cancel@tpgtelecom.com.au, no response so far.
I'm in another call now (almost 20 minutes waiting after having talked to 2 people) and still waiting.


I really appreciate if someone can help me with it asap.

(Note: I've been a TPG customer for a long time with other 2 mobiles and NBN last few years.)

Did you receive any response from a case manager?
