Pretty much the title, in a hypothetical scenario where my phone gets stolen, I think I should call TPG and get a replacement SIM card? How would I do this from overseas, and what verification information should I have ready beforehand? Thank you

Hey @skxwodenni,

You can call our overseas number (+61 2 9007 3023) or get in touch with our Privacy Team by filling out the form below.

https://www.tpg.com.au/identity

Our Privacy Team will be able to organise a replacement SIM/eSIM for you after they’ve verified you. You’ll need to have a government issued photo ID card for the verification process.

Thank you for the reply - and if I'm not the account holder (family bundle), would I need my personal details for the verification or the account holder's?
