If TPG customer service is monitoring this forum, I need my NBN service cancelled and all paymentd refunded immediately. I signed up for TPG NBN and it had not worked since day 1. I changed the NBN to home mobile broadband and I am still being charged for the NBN. I frankly have been on the phone for 30 mins trying to reach TPG Customer Service. I need the NBN service cancelled, all NBN payments refunded and all future payments stopped immediately. Signing up with TPG was a serious mistake.
If the above is not actioned within 24 hrs, I will be reaching out to the Telecom Ombudsman with a formal complaint.
I also need my mobile broadband service cancelled immediately and do not wish to engage TPG further for any of their services.
