If TPG customer service is monitoring this forum, I need my NBN service cancelled and all paymentd refunded immediately. I signed up for TPG NBN and it had not worked since day 1. I changed the NBN to home mobile broadband and I am still being charged for the NBN. I frankly have been on the phone for 30 mins trying to reach TPG Customer Service. I need the NBN service cancelled, all NBN payments refunded and all future payments stopped immediately. Signing up with TPG was a serious mistake.   If the above is not actioned within 24 hrs, I will be reaching out to the Telecom Ombudsman with a formal complaint.   I also need my mobile broadband service cancelled immediately and do not wish to engage TPG further for any of their services. ... Prior to moving into our new place last week, we checked our new address on a number of service provider sites. TPG was offering the NBN connection and we chose to go with them. As soon as I signed up, TPG sent me a number of SMS and emails confirming the service was active. When I moved into the property 4 days after the service was activated and connected the modem, there was no service. I spoke to TPG customer service and they did a few tests and eventually booked a technician call out to the property. The NBN technician came to the property yesterday and couldn't get the service up and running.   There is still no update from TPG on when the service is going to be up and running.
