Prior to moving into our new place last week, we checked our new address on a number of service provider sites. TPG was offering the NBN connection and we chose to go with them. As soon as I signed up, TPG sent me a number of SMS and emails confirming the service was active. When I moved into the property 4 days after the service was activated and connected the modem, there was no service. I spoke to TPG customer service and they did a few tests and eventually booked a technician call out to the property. The NBN technician came to the property yesterday and couldn't get the service up and running.
There is still no update from TPG on when the service is going to be up and running. In addition to the above, my account was debited with the NBN service fee for the first month and still no service.
