Incorrect date of birth

I am trying to make changes to my account and all of the sudden they're telling me my date of birth is incorrect ? This is not my issue as I have kept the same DOB for years (Duh). I will not be sending pictures of my passport and would like this rectified. I am sitting on hold with the "support" team for ages. No one answers.
