My direct debit went through a few days ago and I can see that it has been cleared from my bank and my account on TPG says zero owing. But I cant make any calls due to insufficient balance and mobile data not working

Hey, turn your phone or modem off for a few mins and should be ok when you switch it back on, works for me everytime. 🤞🏼 🙂
