I've been trying to call since 10am this morning, not happy. You deducted my account payment on 6th January but today I have NO ability to make calls or send/receive messages?? You won't answer calls to support or call back, I am waiting on my covid test results & you have taken $ from my account so why the hell can't I use my service??
I need someone to fix this asap so I can get msg from SA health today for covid test results.
