I've managed to check your mobile account and determined that you have 100 international call minutes. Hence, you must be able to make a call to an international number. What country are your calling? Can you confirm the number format when you dialed the number?

Thanks for your reply and follow up. I am trying to call Iran, but it's the second month I can not make an international call. The number is right, and I did not have a problem until December, but after that, I could not make the International call anymore.

As I understand, TPG is not supporting international calls to Iran anymore. I will be canceling my TPG  services, coz the only reason I've selected TPG was that it was supported calls to Iran.

We still support international calls to Iran however, it is not included for the 100 minutes international call plan.

 

Calls to Iran will be Pay-as-you-go.

Yeah, I should buy an add-on and paying an extra charge to call Iran. If I want to pay extra for international calls, I prefer using applications like skype. I am just wondering why  I did not receive any notice from TPG that u want to make some changes in your international calls for near two months I thought my balance is not enough for international calls and I just learned about the changes after I called you guys. Thanks anyway.
