International Roaming Charges

I was assurred by the customer service rep that if I used global roaming on my mobile while overseas that I would not be charged for incoming calls. She repeated this three times. On reviewing information on the TPG website this does not appear to be the case. Can anybody clarify this for  me?

All incoming calls received while using global roaming overseas are being charged.
