Internet cancellation

Please cancel my internet service as soon as possible, as I have moved houses and do not require this service anymore. I have tried contacting via telephone and live no chat
but no availability and have sent an email to confirm cancellation but still awaiting response. Not in a contract, please contact me .

I am in the same situation! I’ve been trying to contact them for 2 months! Lines are always collapsed, i’ve Started several chat conversations without success. So frustrating! I moved to a new a month ago and they keep charging me!
