Internet not working due to unpaid invoice

Hello, my most recent invoice was unable to be direct debited due to an expired credit card. I tried over multiple days to update my credit card info in My Account, but was always met with an error message on the form.

 

As I could not update my credit card details, I entered my bank account details instead, which the form accepted.

 

However, my internet appears to be cut off now, as I took several days to do so. When can I expect my internet to be reactivated?
