i have requested to cancel my wireless broadband band service, but still received invoice for next month

Hi there
I received the email to cancel the service on 27 April however I did the cancellation before 20 March over phone call my accountant also deducted the payment for April. I received the email to return the hardware on 11April.
could you please check and refund the payment for April thanks
