Invoices no longer issued via email?

I received mobile invoices via email until March?

None since then, & no NBN invoices ever; Is the only way via the web now?

Welcome to TPG Community @Lainey!

 

Starting April this year, we are no longer sending invoice notices for mobile services. A payment receipt SMS notification are being sent instead. You may still access your tax invoices in Toolbox by logging in to your online account if needed.

 

Same goes with your NBN service, you can view your invoices via your TPG online account.
