Is the mail server down?

Can't login to email on the web browser - page takes a really long time to load and then says the site can't be reached, despite other websites and email providers loading fine. 


It has also affected email using Mac Mail. Spoke to Mac and they said it was a host issue, therefore TPG. 


Currently can't send or receive any emails - please help!

Thanks for raising this with us. I'd like to take a closer look at your account to understand why you're having issues with both webmail and your email client. Can you PM me your customer ID or your username together with your service address so I can pull up your records? We've already tried your community details, but we can't find a match.

i pay $69.9 to get lower speed than some plan, this makes me feel so sad! i could update my plan through the website right?

You may upgrade your plan by logging into your TPG account online. You may refer to this guide: Changing NBN Plans through My Account
